Review : Phyto Niacin Whitening Essence by Nacific Official

Good day guys! I am back with another review of a product I truly swear by and use religiously every single day. What I'm talking about is the famous Phyto Niacin Whitening Essence.

 ðŸŒ¿What it claims to do?
It claims to reduce dark spots / skin discolorations and brighten dull skin using the whitening essence.

🌿Star Ingredients
°Niacinamide - improves skin tone for a healthier and brighter look on the face
°Bamboo Leaf extract - has hydrating & anti-aging properties
°Rose carina seed extract & lemon extract - brighten dark spots for a more radiant skin

My Photos of the Product

🌿My overall thoughts /experiences

  •  It has this light and runny texture that makes it easy to spread on the skin. Easily absorbed by the skin too.
  •  It has thick and and clear bottle which looks very nice and chic. also comes with a dropper. Yay
  •  It only uses natural ingredients which is a BIG PLUS for me. It's safe and gentle on the skin.
  •  It is fragrance free. No smell whatsoever. 😀
  •  It also has anti-aging properties. 😀
  •  It really hydrates the skin.
  •  It's reasonably priced in the market too.
  •  It really works well with my other skincare products. Acts like a skin booster. 😀
  •  Overall, I am overjoyed to say that this whitening essence really works. Makes the skin soft, plum and glowing.
  •  It's best to use on troubled skin esp on the healing phase since it will reduce the appearance of dark scars.
  •  It's great to use on uneven skin tone like on the arms part (that line marked by wearing a top), elbows and knees. I use this with my body lotion.
  •  It doesn't have a quick effect in a matter of days. It took about a week or more to see good results. However, if you're using other whitening skincare products already, its effect may not be very noticeable unless you use this solely as your whitening agent.

That's it for me. Glad I found this gem by stalking other skincare accounts. As always, continue to shine and be inspired. Never let anyone dull your sparkle.

REVIEW: Innisfree No Sebum Powder Cream

Good day beautiful friends. I'm back with another review. This is the Innisfree No Sebum Mineral Powder. I was pretty curious about this because as you all know I've been a big fan of their powder version. This I believe is the cream version. Let's continue this review then.

What's it about?
This is the famous No Sebum Mineral Powder Cream.  This cream blends onto the skin so easily leaving a matte finish that feels so smooth and soft. Its main purpose is to minimize the appearance of sebum on the skin making our makeup last all day long. Also, this powder cream has 3 basic functions like a moisturizer, primer and sebum controller all rolled into one.

* My Personal Photos of the Product*
The product comes with a mini spatula.

The expiry date is indicated at the back of the tub.

I intentionally draw a line here to make sure I don't forget where I put the product.

Notice the left side. That's how the product looks when it's spread.

Viola. The product is fully absorbed in the skin.

After, the left side of my hand feels smoother and softer. The pores and lines of my hand tend to look less visible.

KEY INGREDIENTS
* Green Tea Extracts - rich in antioxidants and amino acids that make the skin young and healthy
*Peppermint Leaves Extracts - cools down the skin. has anti-bacterial properties that heal and prevent future breakouts

*More Product Details*
SIZE: It is 25 g.
PACKAGING: The product comes in a mint colored plastic tub. It also comes with a small spatula. Labels about the product are written in English on the cover.
TEXTURE: It feels very smooth and quite thick which is similar to a whipped cream consistency. Once you put this on the skin,  it turns into this powder-like texture and just melts into the skin giving it a matte look.
SCENT: It has this slight hint of freshness ( a combination of citrus and floral scent together) which is very appealing to me. It smells relaxing and soothing at the same time.

My Overall Thoughts
Well, I'd say I'm not totally blown away with this product here as I have high hopes of using this one.  About the good points first, let me enumerate them one by one. First, it is effective as it claims to really reduce oiliness especially on T-zone area. I only need to do minimal touch ups which is a pretty good already. Second, it also helps in making the face smoother. My pores  looks smaller in some ways. Third, it did moisturize my face upon application.

Now for the bad points, I'm not totally sure if it does what it claims to be a good moisturizer, primer and sebum controller all in one go. Maybe it does work well for young skin but not for matured skin.  Next, I did test this out with my hubby's skin. He has oily skin type. Unfortunately, it didn't help him minimize his oily T-zone area. This isn't good for oily skin type I believe.  Lastly, I tried using this over my foundation but it was messy and made my face oilier if that makes sense. I figured this should sit under makeup more comfortably. :)

That's about it for me. Hope you find this helpful. How about you guys? What primer are you into these days? Let's share some good handful ideas. See you in my next review. Always stay inspired.

Product Empties # 25 : My Lucky Seven

Welcome back to my blog friends. Let's start the month right by enumerating my product empties. It's the 25th one this time. Let's get this started.

My Product Empties #25 : My Lucky Seven Products
1.Etude House Easy Brow Pencil

I forgot what this one is already but this one is in black. This eyebrow is very affordable. I love how creamy it applies on and also it is quite long lasting. For any makeup newbie, this eyebrow pencil will be your new bestfriend. I kid you not.

VERDICT: No doubt! It's always a winner and I won't be tired to repurchase this soon.

2. Winage Moisture Set

This is an amazing gift set that contains the moisture toner and moisture emulsion. Both have caviar and truffle as their active main ingredients. What I love most about these two combination is they're lightweight, layer well under makeup / foundation and make the skin texture look plump, soft and nourished. I've written a short a blog about this HERE

VERDICT: A big winner in this list of empties. I'm just sad I can't easily repurchase this in the Philippines. Well, if you're looking for a good toner and emulsion, I highly recommend you these two. You'll thank me  later. :)

3. Celeteque Facial Wash with NMF ( Natural Moisturizing Factor)

It  has  mild  cleansing  agents  and  a  special  combination  of moisturizers that gently yet effectively clean without drying your skin.

VERDICT: I love this cleanser. It does the job and makes the skin moisturized after washing. I will totally repurchase this.

4. Human Nature Natural Conditioner in Cool Peppermint

This is a well loved product here. It is basically claims to strengthen the hair avoiding brittle and falling hair.  One ingredient in it is the Hydrolyzed wheat protein that helps fortify hair to dramatically reduce both breakage and hair loss.

VERDICT : Of course, I'll definitely repurchase this again. Love the cooling sensation it does to my hair. Plus, it feels good to support locally produced products.

5. Simple Micellar Cleansing Wipes

They are specially made with Micellar Water for a thorough yet gentle cleanse. It's very easy to use especially at night when you just want to remove your makeup very quickly. Why I love this? It does make my skin feeling fresh, clean and somewhat hydrated. I've created a short review about this product HERE

VERDICT : Another product to repurchase soon. That simply means again that I completely recommend this to anyone looking for a good cleansing wipes.

6. Nyx Natural Eyeshadow Palette

This   has  7  different  colors  to  choose  from.   You can use them naturally or  go dramatic if  you  want to. These  colors  claim  to enhance your eyes instantly. You can wear them as they are and you can also use them as a neutral base for any colorful shadows.

VERDICT: I died when I had this. It's like a hit or miss with the colors. I only like the darker shades. Next, they feel very chalky. Lastly, they're not long lasting to use. Sorry but I totally disappointed having this in my stash.

7. Skinfood Choco Eyebrow Powder Cake

This eyebrow powder claims to create beautiful and natural looking brows. Its main ingredient is cacao so it smells good and safe to use especially in the eye area. I've also reviewed this product HERE

VERDICT: If you have light eyebrows then you'll like this. Unlike me, I have thick and black eyebrow hair, so this product doesn't work easily. I combine this powder cake and eyebrow pencil to define my brows nicely. :)

There you have it guys. I've done mentioning them here. How about you? Do we have similar products? Let me know and let's exchange ideas. Take care and see you next time in my next blog entry.

REVIEW : The Saem's Saemmul Real Tint 01

Welcome back to my blog. Finally I've joined the bandwagon and decided a good lip tint. It's better late than never guys. Once again, I'm guilty. The mere reason why I bought this one few months ago was it was on sale and literally 50% off. You know your girl love me some sale and saving at the same time. Well, let's continue this review before it gets somewhere.

What's it about?
The Saem's Saemmul Real Tint is infused with marine collagen and white birch extract to keep our lips hydrated. This pigmented lip stain glides on easily and makes application a breeze. Whether you're making a full lip effect or a gradient lip look, then this product helps you achieve that with style and comfort.

I have here 01 which is the red tint.

I put some running water on the swatches of my hand

Then you have this faded color left on my arm.
This is how the lip tint looks on me.

PACKAGING: It's a plastic designed tub with a cap. It also has a doe-foot applicator . Overall, it's pretty simple I guess.

PRICE: It originally costs P190 on Althea website. Check it HERE

COLOR: Mine is the 01 which comes out like a dark cherry color. The color pay off is pretty good I must say.

TEXTURE: The tint isn't too runny. It's just the right amount of consistency. It actually feels nothing on the lips.

My Overall Thoughts
Well, even if bought this on impulse because it was on sale, I'm pretty proud that it did give me good results. First, I have to mention it is quite long lasting. I like that the color fades to this hint of red which makes the lips pretty if that makes sense. Second, it's not very drying on the lips as long as you put on a good lip balm, Lastly, it's cheap and very handy especially if you're on the beach. My only complain about this is its taste. It has this bitter taste and it also easily smudge on the teeth which is pretty ugly.

TRICKS I've learned from YOUTUBE  about Lip Tints
**How to avoid the lip tint from scattering all over?
After I put this on the lips, I get a facial tissue and blot the extra tint so no lip tint goes inside my mouth and teeth. It actually works better that way.

**How to make the lip tint as a natural blush?
Naturally, I use this as a lip tint and  it can also double as a blush. I mix my fave foundation with a single drop or two of the  tint and make it as my blush for that natural flush on the cheeks.

Well, that's wrap for me. Hope you find this helpful. Thanks for visiting my blog. See you next time. Always be curious and be inspired.
