We were really lucky to experience Korean culture at its finest here in the cultural folk village. It is like being transported from the Korean drama on TV to the real thing literally. The place greeted us with good weather, warm people and so many fun things to do. Actually 1 day to be there isn't enough but might as well maximize the time to be immersed in their culture.
Here are the highlights of our day.
** Meeting this cutie patootie mascot here in the village. Doesn't she look so adorable? ^ ^
Meeting the Folk village soldier/ guard the Korean way. Oh, I must say the costumes are so real and wonderful.
Meeting one of the actresses there during their cultural show. Say "Anyong!"
** This is so entertaining. An acrobatic show using their strength and technique to provide entertainment.
Way to go cowboys! Yiihaa
This is the video of the incredible performance of the rope lady trying to walk on the rope with her bare feet. Such a superb performance.
