Welcome back to my blog guys. Today I'll highlight another experience featuring one of the famous beach resorts in Bohol. What I mean is the Bluewater Panglao Beach Resort in Bohol. 

Where is it located?

It's located in Danao beach, Panglao island, Bohol. The place offers restaurant, meeting facilities, room services and tours as well. They have the hotel's outdoor pool, garden and a private beach.

My Top 5 Reasons Why We Truly Enjoyed Our Stay

1. Their Hospitality and Warm Smiles

I guess this has to be the top of my list. Their staff and crew are very welcoming, helpful and courteous. It literally felt our second home and the experience was absolutely made more special having them around.

2. The Foods

Of course, this one is also included in the list. Especially when you have their discounted vouchers, the meal set / buffet meal becomes cheaper. I believe food and quality are both not compromised and their restaurant also serves local and international dishes too. Best of both worlds I guess.

3. The serenity of the place

Hands down to this. Once you enter their reception area, I felt like I'm transported into this peaceful haven making me relax and just being one with nature. The serenity of the place calms me down and helps me to meditate and recharge. It's like a reset button.

4. The rooms

We were lucky to have good room facilities that cater to our needs and at the same it was located rightt in front of their outdoor pool making it a perfect location to hang out and have some tea. I have to mention the " Hanging Bed" style which actually elevated its style and comfort.

5. The whole place itself

I like the fact that they have two kinds of swimming pool and a private access to their beach as well. All these are well appreciated by guests like me since it will give more opportunities to explore the place and have different experiences as well. Something extra added always is a good idea.

My Love Affair with Ilaputi

Yey, finally I get to try and experience this famous local restaurant again. How? I joined their recent contest on Facebook and luckily I did win. The heavens heard my wishes that I really wanted to dine there again. Happy dance for me. Now, let's me share my dining experience in 3, 2 and 1. 

What's it about?
Ilaputi is a well-known restaurant that serves Asian and fusion dishes superbly. They have a wide variety of dishes that fit all ages and preferences. Their dishes are known for their big portions. They are basically known for  The Stroganov.

Where is it located?
They are located at the Greenery, Pope John Paul II, Ave., Kasambagan, Cebu City.

The spread of our table :)

Dragon Chop costs P348. It's a pan seared garlic vinegar pork chop drizzled with yogurt. It is served with buttered garlic and raisin fried rice and mango chutney.

Bibimbap costs P348. This  has beef, carrots, mushrooms, fresh greens and gojujang fried rice with pan fried egg for the win.

Left - It's called Recover drink with cucumber, pineapple, ginger and lemongrass. It costs P140
Right- It's called Cool as Cucumber. It has mint and calamansi in it too. It also costs P140.

PRICE: It's quite affordable. Probably it will cost P750 + for 2 people.

TASTE AND FLAVOR: Just magnificent. I like that simple touch of garnish and presentation they do in every single dish. 

QUALITY OF THE FOODS: I'd say it's awesome. Though the price is quite out there, the quality is really worth it. Fresh ingredients and just the right balance of everything I believe.

Overall Thoughts
Well, I am totally satisfied with my dining experience there. Opps, my happy tummy also agrees with me absolutely. As expected, the place doesn't disappoint as we loved every single bite of our foods.  A good place to enjoy, relax and eat good comfort foods that will take you to a next level of happiness. 

Will I come back?
Oh yes absolutely. I can't wait to try their other dishes there.

The Best Buffet Restaurant in Cebu : Viking's Luxury Style Buffet

Welcome back to my blog everyone. I have here a random vlog  about my favorite buffet restaurant. If you're from Cebu, you already have an idea what this is all about. I mean this is the Viking's Luxury Style Buffet. I've been dining here several times already and I tell you that they really don't disappoint. Each experience is fun and definitely memorable.

1. Promos and Discounts
For example,  when you dine there on the day of your birthday, then  you can eat for free and just add one accompany with you. There's also one for those celebrating their birth month. Also, always be on the look out since they regularly hold contests on Facebook and Instagram. That being said, if luck comes then you can eat there for free.

2. The Foods

Their food selections are quite a lot and the choices are endless. Every dining experience is fresh and lovely.  If you fancy good foods and you want to eat it in big big servings, then this is the place to go. :)

3. Their customer service

This is always an added bonus to any paying customer I believe. They listen well to their customers, greet them with warm smiles and grant requests like choosing a good seat location. Things like these are always appreciated.

4. Fits all ages

There's always something for everyone. I think this is also an added advantage for them. Regardless of your gender, age, food preference, I'm pretty certain anyone can always find their own food selections that suit their personal taste.

5. Accessibility

Yes to this. The fact that they are located inside SM City Cebu is already a big factor. The location is safe, quite near and everyone is already familiar with this place one way or another I'm sure.

Seafoods and Ribs Warehouse Restaurant at SM Seaside City Cebu

Welcome back to my blog. I'll bring you along with me as we explore this new restaurant in the city. The name is Seafoods and Ribs Warehouse Restaurant. It's famous for their seafoods and freshly cooked ingredients which customers can actually choose the kind of cooking according to their liking. 

Where is it located?

It's located in Skypark, 3rd floor, SM Seaside City Cebu, SRP, Cebu City .

My TOP FIVE Recommended Dishes 

1. Their house special - Their RIBS  (It comes with a side dish of veggies and mashed potato already)

That's all for now my friends. I recommend this place if you fancy seafoods and good atmosphere at the same time. Just do be careful with the prices though since the seafood prices depend on its weight per grams. Always ask and confirm the total price before having the foods cooked before you get a shock of your like. Just kidding though.

Eat All You Can with Family at Cabalen

Hello everyone. I have here another food recommendation that will surely be a good place for family and your bunch of friends. It's Cabalen, a native restaurant that originates in Pampanga, Philipppines. Basically, they serve Filipino foods from appetizers, main dish and even desserts, they also offer that. I'll give you more information about this place.

What's it about?

Cabalen restaurant is an Eat-All-You-Can or Eat-All-You-Want style. The buffet style offers good variety of dishes mostly Filipino cuisines. I highly recommend their vegetable kare-kare, chorizo, tofu dishes especially the tofu sisig, lechon, seafood dishes and diy salad. For desserts, try their diy halo-halo mix and the chocolate fondue with fresh fruits and marshmallows.

RATES: P 298 per person and drinks are paid individually.

My Final Thoughts

I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to try Filipino food with family.  The buffet rate is reasonably priced so everybody can try it without breaking the bank. One thing I can say is that they refill their foods pretty quickly and the foods stations are neatly maintained. It's truly the best place to enjoy good foods with your significant others.

TIP: Please reserve ahead of time especially during the weekend because the line and waiting time might be a killer.

Go! Go! Curry!

How are you doing guys? I am back here to introduce a good food place in Japan. They are all over the city and I'm pretty sure you can really find one food chain nearest you. What I'm talking about is the famous Go! Go! Curry! Let's all continue this food journey.

What's it about?

Curry Rice is also as famous as eating sushi and ramen. Japanese people have a different version of this. In Go! Go! Curry! , they utilize pork cutlets that are cooked like a tonkatsu, soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. Plus, they have this sweet Okonimayaki sauce that is appealing. They also include fresh shredded cabbage to balance the meal. By the way, this is the most famous food people order in their restaurant.

7 Reasons To Eat There

• The amount of the servings is relatively large and filling enough.
• The taste of the curry sauce is really tasty and addicting at the same time.
• With the price point, you are already getting a combination of rice, choice of meat ( pork, chicken and etc) , the sauce of course and the shredded cabbage all in one plate.
