Hello everyone! I got lucky to be chosen as one of the reviewers of this famous and essential skincare products for our underarm skin. Let's keep it short and go straight to the product review.

It gives your 48H  protection and contains a unique 1 1/4 moisturizing cream  for a nourished, moisturized and dry underarms.

My Overall Thoughts / Experiences

• To be honest, I wasn't very certain how this review will flow. I'll just focus on what it claims to do, its effects and basically that's it.
• SCENT - It has this mild powdery smell. Not overpowering at all in my opinion.
• PACKAGING - Very straightforward. Also, I like that it's travel-friendly. The round shape of its cover is good enough for that easy grip.
• EFFECTS - I've used this for a good amount of 2 weeks. I've noticed my underarm skin condition has gotten smoother. It also looks better overall.
• THE BEST THING of this is that it helps me feeling fresh all day. Something very reliable to use for my everyday needs.
• ? JUST be careful though since it's on the liquid form. It somehow takes a few minutes to make it fully dry on the skin.
• Overall, this is a very decent product for my underarms. It does what it is supposed to do. I'll prolly repurchase this once it goes on sale perhaps.

REVIEW : Matt Lipstick by Eyenlip

Hi friends! It's my first time in ages to properly do a makeup review especially a lipstick one. With that said, I'm truly happy when I got chosen as one of the reviewers. Yay to small victories like this!

Shades
#01 Vladi Red - A bold red color that perfect for date nights and special events
# 02 Ruby Red - A red color with hints of pink  that's good for an everyday look
# 03 Sunset Coral - A good color that looks very youthful and vibrant to the eyes
# 04 Caramel Pink - A good neutral color that basically goes with everything you wear
#05 Muhly Pink - This I call Barbie Pink-ish concept. A good pink color to start the week right with a bang.

Packaging

• All 5 lipsticks are kept in a pretty silver bullet and burnt orange lip cover.
• The lipstick case itself looks sturdy and stylish.
• The shape of the lipstick is good enough for that easy application. The sharp points of the bullet makes it easy for me to make clean and polished edges.

Texture and Pigmentation

• It has this creamy feel to the skin and glides smoothly on the lips too.
• They have this solid color. Very pigmented. One swipe is basically enough.
• The color is buildable and versatile. You can go for a sheer, gradient lips or add 1-2 more swipes for a strong and full lip look.
• They have this semi-matte texture.
• They also have this lightweight feel on the lips. Very comfortable to wear actually.

Longevity

• I feel shades 1, 2 and 3 have weaker lasting power. They somehow dry down into this pretty sheer shade without retouching.
• Shades # 4 and 5 have this stronger lasting power. The color fades but still more intense than the other 3. They stay on pretty well throughout the day without retouching.

My Overall Thoughts / Experiences

• I personally like the packaging of the lipsticks. They remind me of Dior snow lippies.
• The formulation is another good thing. They don't emphasize the dry cracks on my lips. ( It's still best to prep your lips accordingly since they are on the semi-matte side. )
• The color range is pretty and flattering to wear. The red shades have already captured my heart to be honest.
• The quality is also up there even if they are reasonably priced. Quality is never compromised.
• They don't feel sticky at all. They just sit comfortably on the lips.
• I also like the mild sweet scent they give. It reminds me of cotton candy for some reasons.
• My favorite shades are definitely 1, 2 and 3.

REVIEW : Sebum Out Oil Control Mist

Hello everyone! As you already know, I live in this tropical country that is always hot and humid all year round. Today, I have here a good product that you're surely love and enjoy using to make our skin shine free. I am talking about The Sebum Out Oil Control Mist by W. Lab Global. Let's continue then.

What is it about?

This is a sebum controlling mist that contains solid particles that absorb excess oil and sebum on the skin. It also contains tea tree water that fights against pimples.

Scent : Smells like wet grasses in my opinion. Literally the tea tree smell is out there.

Size : It has 50 ml.

Packaging : It comes in this usual spray bottle type.

How do I use it?

• First, I use it as a regular mist, probably 1-2 pumps is enough per use.
• Second,  I mix this with my toner to double the effect of hydration.
• Third, I use this to wet my sponge for my makeup application.

My Final Verdict

Basically, it's a pretty decent product. It does the job as expected. It also helps me feel refreshed and cool down especially on a hot day. Next, it keeps oil at bay for about 4-5 hours. Most importantly, it doesn't disturb my makeup. Overall, since I've misting these days then this is definitely a keeper. I can easily use this anytime anywhere to hydrate myself and make myself shine and oil free at the same time too. A good combination for the win.

REVIEW : Real Skin Healthy Vinegar Skin Toner Makgeoli

Hello lovely friends. I am back with another new product. This time it's a toner which is one important step in the world of skin care. Let's talk about its importance first. A good toner is used to balance our skin's PH levels after we cleanse and wash our face. Why? It's because when we wash our face, the cleanser strips our skin of its natural oils so putting on a good toner make the PH level balanced and at the same time prepping it to accept and absorb serum, essences and creams more effectively. Anyhow, let's go back to the product for now.

What's it about?

This is a healthy vinegar skin toner that has makgeoli as its main ingredient. Makgeoli is a made of fermented rice and contains kojic acid. This toner mainly helps with brightening, nourishing and clarifying the skin complexion.

The toner comes with a lid (stopper) together with the cap to avoid spillage.

Viola. This is how my skin looks after the toner is fully absorbed.

Size: This bottle contains 300ml.

Scent: Even though the name itself has vinegar in it, it doesn't have that smell at all. It has this mild floral scent I believe.

Packaging: It looks pretty straightforward I guess. The bottle is made of plastic. Nothing fancy at all. 

Consistency: It appears like a dark white liquid on the bottle but once you apply it on the skin, it applies and feels like water. 

My Overall Thoughts 

Overall, I like this healthy skin vinegar toner. I'll enumerate the reasons one by one. First, my skin always feels refreshed and hydrated every time I put this on. Second, there is no stickiness since this has a very lightweight consistency and also it absorbs quickly on the skin. ( It feels like skin is drinking water literally. ) Third, I have no bad experience about it having any kind of breakout and other skin irritations whatsoever.

On the other hand, using this product really needs some time and patience combined. This doesn't give you instant results and no dramatic results either. Well for a good amount of time that I have used this product, I have noticed that my skin's elasticity got better and  surface of my skin looks brighter somehow. Will I recommend it? Yes, this works well with younger skin especially those ladies in their 20's and 30's generation.  

TIP: This is a good toner to do the 7-skin step in which you layer this product on for about 7 times continuously to boost its benefits it can give to our skin.

REVIEW : Miracle Fit Essence Concealer

Hi everyone. Today, I have another review about a good concealer that's good for everyone to use daily. As you all know by now, I come from the Philippines so wearing foundation is really uncomfortable especially on hot and humid days. I've learned this technique from my fave Youtuber Joan Kim. She recommended using a good concealer as your trusted foundation. Gladly guys, it works wonders. Please try it. Anyhow, let's get to know more this concealer right here first.

What's it about?
This name is the Miracle Fit Essence Concealer by Secret Key. It has SPF 30 / PA ++ also. It claims to cover skin blemishes quickly giving this healthy look. Additionally, it has green tea extract and green tea seed oil to promote hydration and moisture.

SHADE: I have here color 23 which is the natural beige.

TEXTURE: It is very light and easy to blend in the skin. Also, it is easy to pile and layer on the skin for that added coverage.

PACKAGING: Nothing fancy and just pretty straightforward.

COVERAGE: It's like from light to medium coverage. 

My Overall Thoughts
Well, another winner right here. Actually this product reminds me of the famous Missha's The Style Under Eye Brightener. It looks almost the same from its packaging actually. However, this one here is much much better because of its skin care benefits as well. 

Well, I've been using this for about two months or so as my go-to foundation and it really doesn't disappoint. If you're on the hunt of a good and reasonable concealer, then you must try this here.

The Importance of Family In Our Lives + Vlog

Hey lovely friends. It's February and everybody calls this Love Month. I figured I would dedicate a blog post about love, family and everything in between. In the Philippines, family is considered as the simplest unit of society. This time I will highlight its importance in our lives.

Reasons Why Family Is Important In Our Lives

1. Helps to make who we are

It's all in the genes somehow. Our tendencies and behavioral patterns sometimes mirror each other in the family. Also, our parents help and mold us to be the best version we can be. With that being said, a big chunk of us is somehow credited to our family basically.

2. Creates memories

Let's admit it. Through the years, each member of the family tend to have different priorities and preferences in life. Let's include the rat race of course. It's also one disadvantage in the modern times we face. The more we spend time together, the more special moments are created one by one. It doesn't matter as long as it's quality time then it will always be precious to each one.

3. Aids to make better decisions

Our parents and including our older siblings are the best sources of advice and life lessons. Spending time with them also means we can consult and ask for better options in life, right? At least we can be guaranteed that our family will help us become better.

4. Relieves stress

Yes. Nothing beats a good family time I believe. It's like a good hug to your soul and senses as well. One, talking about anything under the sun gives you this sense of comfort  and assurance that whatever happens, they got your covered. Second, they may give criticisms but only for our development leading to a positive change. 

5. Nurtures positive behaviors

I believe in this. If you surround yourself with good people then that creates a ripple effect. Positive atmosphere leads to another positive thing or even a positive outcome. Plus, being in a positive environment with your family, makes you inspired and motivated to be the best person you can be.

REVIEW: Shisiedo Medicated Pressed Baby Powder

Hello guys. Here's a quick review and insights about this famous powder from Shisiedo. Its complete name is the Pressed Baby Powder ( Medicated ) version.  The catch? I've read something online that it also helps with oil control and can  be a powder to set makeup. Sounds interesting already.

What's it about?

It's basically a white powder that  is designed to avoid diaper rush  and help protect baby's skin from excessive sweating.

POWDER: It's really fine and powdery smooth.
PACKAGING: It comes in this plastic container but is also lightweight enough to be put inside our handbag. Also, it has a puff which is pretty decent and good quality.
SIZE: 50 g
SCENT & FRAGRANCE: It is pretty neutral. No smell and fragrance whatsoever.
TEXTURE: It can be chalky at first but the powder just melts into the skin ( especially during hot summer days)
COVERAGE: Just very light.

My Overall Thoughts

Well, it's like a love and hate relationship. I love it because it's very cheap and the size really goes a long way. At first, I didn't know how to use this well because it gave this white cast  after I put this on to set my make up. Then, after I used it for several weeks and focusing more on my T-zone and oily areas, then this powder works wonders as it did made my face look decent and oil-free somehow for about 4 to 5 hours or so. Also, it performs better when you apply this with a brush because you can control the amount of the powder you want to use only. Well, it's not bad after all.
