REVIEW : Green Tangerine Vitamin C Tone Up Cream by Goodal Official

Hello summer! I have a good summer essential that you'll surely love and enjoy. This is basically an accidental discovery while browsing Style Korean website. The name of the product is Green Tangerine Vitamin C Tone Up Cream. It sounds totally new and interesting at the same, right? Let's keep it going then.

What does it claim to do?  

It's a tone up cream that promotes the treatment of blemishes on the skin. It also contains SPF 50+ PA ++++ to block UV rays from darkening the skin. It's designed mainly to work as a good makeup base while treating and healing dark spots.

My Quick Impressions / Experiences / Thoughts  

• This has a lighter consistency compared to the 1st tone up cream I've used. I'll put the link HERE. The name is whitening milky soft cream by Onsaemeein.
• At first, it has this sticky paste texture but once blended into the skin, it feels very light and non sticky anymore.
• I like that it's a multi-purpose product. It can be a sunscreen + tone up cream + instant skin brightener + treats blemishes too
• It also layers well under makeup. I feel like it helps my makeup to sit and stay in place too.
• I also tried putting a little of this over my makeup and it didn't disturb it all. I especially put this under my eyes because panda eyes.
• Overall, this product sounds like a winner for me already.

Hello and welcome back to my blog. Let me introduce you to my Product Empties Series. It's the 24th one already and let's get cracking.

My Product Empties # 24 : My Lucky Seven

1. Sanicare Cleansing Wipes

These cleansing wipes are gentle, alcohol-free, lightly-scented with Eucalyptus and safe for children too. They feel very soft and have this cloth-like texture for that thorough cleansing.  One pack contains 80 sheets.

VERDICT: An absolute winner. This really is very reliable and travel-friendly. The price point is also another advantage. A must buy for everybody.

2. Maybelline Color Sensational Creamy Matte Lipstick in Rich Ruby

I like how creamy and smooth this feels on the lips. A good lip color for everyday use and can be worn during date nights too. 

VERDICT: This is another favorite here in this list. Nice color pay off and makes you look more put together. A good lipstick to try.

3. Belo SunExpert Tinted Sunscreen

It's a tinted sunscreen that has a medium to deep shade. It's very lightweight and easy to use. I've reviewed this product before so you can check HERE for more details.

VERDICT: A good product to try. It's a sunscreen and a good foundation all in one tube. 

4. Colour Collection All Day Wear Lengthening Mascara

It is designed to define and extend the lashes making them look full. It also claims to be waterproof.

VERDICT:  I think I'll pass on buying this one again. Yes, it's waterproof but I noticed some fall outs throughout the day. One good thing though is that it really makes my lashes thick in one coat. :)

5. Real Skin Healthy Vinegar Skin Toner in Makgeoli

It's a healthy vinegar skin toner that has makgeoli. This ingredient mainly helps to brighten and nourish the skin making it clearer and better. More information about this product can be seen HERE from my previous post.

VERDICT: For its price point, it's a yes. Though the effects don't happen overnight, I really seem them coming after 1 week of using it. I will definitely repurchase this soon.

6. Miracle Fit Essence Concealer by Secret Key

It claims to cover blemishes and give the skin a healthy look. It does have SPF 30++ . It also has green tea extract and green tea seed oil to promote hydration and moisture. More swatches and photos can be seen HERE. 

VERDICT: It's a good steal. I used this as my trusted base replacing my foundation during the hot summer days and it did perform well. I will hoard this one again for sure. 

7. Milky Dress Wrinkle and Whitening Eye Cream
It's an eye cream that targets 2 main points. It claims to whiten the under eye area and help with the wrinkle care. I did review this product before and you can see it HERE

VERDICT: I'll pass this one for now. This eye cream is very much suitable for young skin.

Hi guys. It's a new month and that means it's also high time to introduce new products. As a skincare junkee like I am, I was beyond thrilled to receive these products. I have here 3 products from a Swiss brand named La Prairie.

La Prairie is a famous brand all over the world. Basically, it is founded with the sole purpose that is to offer a path to rejuvenation. Through the years, the brand continues to strive for excellence combined with scientific innovation and splendid ingredients to bring out the best versions of ourselves.

I'll introduce 3 products here from their White Caviar Collection. It's truly meant for brightening and firming.

1. White Caviar Illuminating Moisturizing Cream

How the product looks 

This cream brilliantly reduces the most stubborn challenges of aging skin. The golden caviar-enriched formula  leaves skin with a luminous, even-toned and lifted appearance

• Skin looks firm and lifted.
• The visible of aged spots and uneven skin tone tend to diminish.
• The skin becomes plump, dewy and bouncy.
• It makes the skin revitalized and energized at the same time.

First Impressions

It actually feels very light and applies smoothly. It's also easily absorbed by the skin after a few seconds.

2. Cellular Swiss UV Protection Veil with SPF 50++

How the product looks

This has a combined powerful UVA/ UVB protection with a highly effective complex to help improve skin tone. It's lightweight but it's lush enough to to deliver outstanding hydration.

• It shields our skin from the harsh damaging sun
• It makes skin even-toned, clearer and brighter.
• Our skin appears rejuvenated.

First Impressions
The product has this rich texture but applies light on the skin. It doesn't give a sticky feeling after being applied. It feels and looks very natural on the skin.

3. White Caviar Illuminating Pearl Infusion

How the product looks

After effect. My skin feels instantly brighter and glowing.

It's a brightening serum that targets  age spots, redness and greyness on the skin. It has white caviar pearls that help with recovering our skin's luminosity.

BENEFITS

• Instantly, it lightens skin tone.
• Dark spots seem to fade away and skin darkening is reduced.
• Skin becomes more elastic and firmer.

My First Impressions

I'm literally blown away by this product. It feels very light and silky on the skin. It actually contains pearl essence. Instantly, it brightens my skin giving that healthy glow. Also, it does moisturize the skin at the same time.

Product Empties # 16 My Lucky Seven + 3 More Items

It's the time of the month again that I get to share my product empties. This time, I don't only have seven products but I also have 3 additional items this time. That's basically a total of 10 products all in all. Let's keep this going then.

1. Skin & Lab Dr. Bio Infusion Bio Activating Essence

I use this regularly as my essence to provide moisture and hydration to my skin. I like how lightweight it is so I apply this about 5- 7 times per use following the Korean skincare routine of 7 skin method.

VERDICT: It's a buy for me especially if it goes on sale.  A good essence to try actually.

I like using them both as part of my skin care routine. I like how rich and luxurious they feel on my skin. Also, I've noticed my skin becoming firmer, a bit whiter and definitely more plump.

VERDICT: A winner for me. I highly recommend this.

4. Pond's Age Miracle Dual Eye Cream

Basically, I've loved this eye cream for over a year now. It does what is expected of it to do. It somehow helps with the lines and wrinkles around my eyes but not that completely though. More information can be found on the link provided here. I've reviewed this before.

VERDICT: It's a buy for anyone who's on the look out for a good eye cream since it's gentle to use and quite affordable. 


5. Innisfree No Sebum Mineral Powder

This product is another winner for me. I guess this has to be my second or third repurchase already. It just does the job of making my face less oily, setting my make up too and also even men can use it around their T-zone to avoid that shine on the face. In addition, it's a staple in my hand bag and easy to use for touch-ups if I feel oily or something.

VERDICT: A must buy. It is pretty straightforward and small enough to carry everywhere I go.


6. L.A. Girl  Pro Conceal HD Concealer in Pure Beige

This concealer has been my go to for a year or so already. I like how creamy and easy it is to use. Though it isn't very high coverage, I'm pretty satisfied how natural it looks on the skin. Click this link for an in-depth review about this product.

VERDICT: I highly recommend this if you are looking for a good concealer that isn't very expensive. :)

7. Rire Luxe Gel Eyeliner in No.2 Dark Brown

Sadly, I couldn't understand why this product is quite difficult to apply on the eyelids. The texture isn't smooth and it isn't creamy at all. Then I figured I won't use it as an eyeliner but on my eyebrows instead and it worked surprisingly. I just use this to line my brows and fill in some sparse parts for that fast application. Gladly, it's long lasting and doesn't easily smudge.

VERDICT: It's a fail as an eyeliner. :( Also, the product has a tiny product inside so it runs out pretty quickly. Sad.

8. Cell Fusion C Laser Sunscreen 100 SPF 50 PA+++

I like how light and effective this one is. It also goes well under my favorite BB cream and foundation. It is easily absorbed by the skin and it actually feels nothing. That lightweight. You can check this link for more photos and review of this good product.

VERDICT: If it's available here in the local market, then I'll definitely repurchase this. :)

9. Pond's Perfect Care Facial Wash

This facial wash is pretty simple. It cleans my face gently and it also produces this rich lather which I like. It has vita-cleansers  and pro-moisturizers that are equally good for our skin.

VERDICT: Yes, I'll buy this one. It's cheap and a must have.

10.  Purederm Spot Reducer Gel Patches

These patches are specially formulated hydrogel treatment for reducing the appearance of pimples on your face without irritation. They have special skin ingredients that soothe the skin throughout the night. The box contains 30 patches.

VERDICT: It's a good pimple patch to use but the stickiness isn't enough as it easily slips and slides off on the skin. I won't repurchase this anymore.
